I suggest keeping the sage green comforter because it’s very you and also just a pretty simple color but because you wanted to change something up maybe get a light pink or cream toned fluffy blanket for the end of your bed. I think it could be cute/ add a pop a color and add that change you were looking for :3

I've had white bedding for years and I had 4 dogs and 2 cats, my dogs and cats have passed over the years so I've got a pup now and still white and light gray! They have all added mud, blood, other body fluids etc over the years and I was happy to have white as I can use peroxide or bleach or really any stain remover and not bleach out the colors. Think that even hospitals tend to use white! I add color and change for the seasons with throw blankets!

Hang the frame as well as anything else that can be hung at all. It will balance the room so much with the eye level not being drawn to the floor all the time.

I know I’m late to the party, but my input is to keep the green duvet cover (maybe go a shade darker) and with the picture frame that’s on the floor, you could hang it somewhere near your bed so it ties in the green from the painting & the green from the duvet cover 😎 I love interior design so I had to comment! Just curious. Why do you work in the same room as your bed? If I were you I’d make your other room a desk/vanity/art room. When you go in your bedroom your mind thinks of sleep and rest. So it’s not productive to also try and work in that space and have a focused mind. The bedroom looks crowded with all the furniture! :)

You should definitely hang the photo between the mirror and white shelf!
