My most favorite video about the rich and diverse history and beauty of Switzerland's French and Italian part and mostly filmed from above!

Not only have I been to Switzerland, I have also flown over the Swiss Alps! It was unforgettable.

Moved from Australia to Geneva just over two years ago. Never looked back. Two awesome countries to live in.

So green and healthy environment. Switzerland is so cool.

During this coronacrisis, also called fearcrisis and where the worldeconomy is crashing from the cliff, i loved to see this beautiful Swiss landscapes, remember it and hope some day when we stand up from the ruins, i might go again and enjoy this great country.

I lived by Lago Maggiore for a number of years in the 90's. We owned a small business in Stresa on the Italian side, and used to visit Locarno weekly to explore the restaurants, clubs and gardens on the lake. The approach always reminded me of the South of France, seeing the Mediterranean style villas along the shores of the lake. Magical.

I'm Swiss Italian (born in Locarno, my parents now live in Ascona) and just watched in amazement...beautiful images! I suggest also to have a look at images of Verzasca Valley and Morcote...and check out the Locarno Film festival, held since 1946, which has welcomed stars like Marlene Dietrich, Jean-Luc Godard, Susan Sarandon, QuentinTarantino, Hilary Swank etc...not to mention the concerts in the main square, where many great artists performed: Ray Charles, Miles Davis, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, Peter Gabriel, and many others...

I love the narrator's voice...very soothing and pleasing to listen to.

Watching this like "u-huh looks cool there, might check it out some time", while living right in the country, lol

The most beautiful and the most interesting country in the world, at least for me. I had the pleasure to visit Switzerland twice, and if you have only one day I have the opportunity with great pleasure I visit it again because many have not yet seen - I recommend :)

Based on my life in architecture, I find a lot to love in these aerial views of Switzerland. So typically European, in the insistence on aesthetic coherence. Cities are unities of proportionally connected buildings and open spaces. I wish that Americans were less ignorant -- most people live their lives in shopping malls, sports facilities and the freeways connecting them.

I wish the Lauterbrunnen area was in this one. It has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Always thought this view from above was wonderful, until now - Gruyère we saw was thrillingly beautiful and here it lacks colour, and the beauty of walking in and the curves of the street is missing.

My ex-wife is Swiss so i have been there many times. It's a very beautiful country. My ex-wife is from Bern so the Swiss-German part but though they can speak high German, together they speak Schweizerdeutsch which is a dialect spoken only in Swiss-German cantons. Though they make up the largest percent of the population with French second, then Italian and a tiny percent speaking Romansch, many Swiss-French don't speak German so it's not uncommon for Swiss-German to be multi-lingual.
