I'm certain there would be also negotiations devolving into brawls and firefights because HK-47 enjoys causing mayhem in general and being "faulty" protocol droid is great method of causing mayhem.

Man, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I had planned to record all of the characters conversations in this game. It was, and always has been, one of my favorite games. Wish I'd kept up with that original plan haha. Crazy to think that was almost 9 years ago... Maybe sometime in the future... 😁

The games are no longer canon, so I guess you can write any ending for them you'd like? Disney considers only their animated SW tv shows and original movies to be canon.

HK-47's hostile attitude towards it's mass-produced HK-50 successors was because of necessary changes to their assassination and protocol protocols. It also disliked cosmetic change as well. 47 enjoys mayhem, but it strives to achieve as much as possible with as little effort as possible. "When I kill, when I dispatch a target, it is not about wanton destruction. About body count" summarizes well. To it shooting unwary target's head off with blaster with absolute surprise is pinnacle and purpose of existence. To HK-50s random shooting of non-targets is purpose of their existence.

@@vksasdgaming9472 There was also the problem with droids who look like him doing evil meaning he might get a reputation and making his work as an illegal assassination droid much more difficult. But he was less concerned about that the changes in behavior, protocol, and cosmetics.

@@dragonstormx That was also a real concern of his usability as assassin droid. Droids can be painted so trying to downplay suspicion by color of his plating would be quite ineffective. Comically he also detested the fact HK-50s referred to meatbags as "organics".

@@vksasdgaming9472 HK-47 having petty concerns is part of the fun. He is, in fact more bothered by that than the HK-50s corroding his anonymity.

There's a widescreen mod for it! It's been years since I checked into it, but I think it's still around on the internet somewhere. If you Google search kotor widescreen mod, you should be able to find it. It's a little more involved than you'd hope, but it's not too hard to set up. You also have to get higher res hud for it, but the mod should have instructions for everything you need.

I think K2SO of Rogue One was really good. Observant, yet very capable combatant and he dies just like everyone else.

@@vksasdgaming9472 I’m a little confused. I didn’t mind that everyone died in Rogue One. Star Wars often glosses over sone of the more grown up parts of a story.

@@nickokona6849 It was WW2-action like The Dirty Dozen, but it was in set in Star Wars. In that genre main characters do not tend to survive through film even if they succeed in their mission.

Lol thanks for the comment, even if it's 8 years later! I'm not sure I'd be good at something like that though. I've always just played to whatever strengths the characters had on their own. I never got creative with them, or even tried different builds for them. I think trying different things like a melee Carth build or a melee Canderous build would be fun, but I don't have any experience trying something like that to confidently make a video about it.

It's been about a decade since I've modded the game, but I *think* the mod for the robes is called "K1 JEDI ROBES REPLACEMENT PACK" A quick Google search should get you the download link for it!

When it's revealed you are rehab HK remembers It is a protocol where he deletes memories while he is on a mission so if he is caught he can't reveal the identity and it gets restored until he is returned to his master REVAN.

After the run in with the leviathan and malak, HK remembers that you were the original owner that sent him into Mandalorian space. The discovery the protagonist is Revan is the stimulus that was needed

Good question, I'm not sure. I think you need somewhere around 17 points in Repair. You can use equipment to boost your repair skill though, so it's relatively easy to do.

These are some tips if you're making a new character. It's far easier to do this from the start, then reverse engineer your character mid-game. Character creation: The easiest way is to pick scout/scoundrel in the beginning. The reason for this is because unlike soldier, from lvl 1, or any of the jedi class' from lvl 8, scout/scoundrel recieve a lot of skill points. These 8 first levels can be spent on repair and persuasion. Two skill categories you'll need to unlock dialog. Once you obtain the force, you can do what ever you want, either focus on lightsaber guardian or a powerful force user. Tips: Kill the "good" crime boss on the first planet to get an implant. Also, on dantoine, there's a merchant by the ship who sells a repair belt. The jedi ability Master Valor also helps, so if Bastilla uses it, that also helps the whole party. PS The last thing to mention is that, if you don't upgrade hk47 before taking the 4th map, then all outstanding upgrades will be omitted. Sum If you're mid game and realise it's too late to aquire 17 repair, then I'm sorry to be the bringer of bad news.
