Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization: How To Do The Attacker Skill Fusion Quests 

In case anyone may be wondering vorpal edge is the monster i was fighting and i did it all the way up to level 5 using eclipse and attacking in intervals by duel wielding

That's actually King of the Netherworld armour with visualisation turned on to look like the God Eater: Soma outfit.

Pretty much .yeah. Get your combo up to repuired amount of hits, then let it run out. Rinse and repeat until you get to level 5, while going back to town and speaking to Argo to get the next level quest for the skill fusion, and of course to get to level 5 you need all 3 DLC's.

No worries, thanks for watching. As for level 5 fusions, just make sure both yours and the character you are doing both have level 4 fusions then just talk to Argo and complete the quest like before. Btw you must have Chapter 3 for level 5 fusions. I know your question was pretty much rhetorical, but I thought I would answer anyway. Thanks again for watching and happy gaming!!

Which skill fusion are "you" yourself using? If it's not the Buffer the switch to it (provided it is already level 5. If not level it up) and it should be usable then, however the previous level 5 skill you were using will not be. I had the same issue before I did the videos then I realized what was happening. Btw, as far as I know the other characters cannot use the fusion skills, but I could be wrong. Also I will do video detailing what happened to us so that will be clarified and less confusing. Sorry for the late reply. Hifubuki is unlocked in the Soaring Slash Skill Tree; I can't remember how many skill points it costs to get it. I can tell you that you will have to do 4200 (possibly less; not sure) Sword Skill Combos; you will only need to do a 2-skill combo. I recommend Dagger or 1-Handed Sword, also face into a corner to avoid running into enemies.

Do you have the chapter 2 and 3DLC Packs? If not, I suggest that you get them. Regardless pick a partner (eg. Sinon, Philia, etc. Or whoever you're currently working with) then find Argo somewhere around town, then choose your skill fusion quest like normal. Keep in mind though that as I said before you will need the chapter 2 and 3 DLC packs to access level 4 and 5 skill fusion quests.

Bandit-0073 yes I do have all dlc's and optional packs... She asks me to start the level 4 quest but in the start menu its shown as 3/3... No clue buddy :/ Do you have any gear to spend? :D Im too weak for dlc 2 Content

Have you tried asking your partner to check the skill fusion quest progress. If I remember correctly the start menu won't show the new level until you have completed it.

What exactly do you mean? A little confused here.

Just checked myself; that is in fact the game working as intended. It is designed so you can level up no matter what mode you play; on that note, you also keep all items and weapons obtained in multiplayer. I feel for you on Vulcanus Citadel, that's one hell of a difficulty spike if I've ever seen one. I died more times than I care to remember. I recommed using a Katana and unlocking the Shinsou and Washu skills as fast as possible. I say Shinsou because it deals heavy damage over a wide area, while Washu does a similar thing albeit with your movements. As for the weapon I recommend the Ashura Blade which can be obtained from the Ancient Briar in the Alle Fioro area within Kurjiez Desert. Last but not least; level up where you can. It may take a while but you will win sooner rather than later if you persist with it. Good luck my friend!!

Bandit-0073 this is going to suck and very increased the game time for me i am just grinding some 105 boss monsters on the red field but that ain’t going to help that much i wished i never clicked that multiplayer my exp gauge was 11670 now its 98760+ or even higher 😥😭😥 am just lvl 81 and i ain’t going to dod any damage to the future bosses later

Yeah, it took me ages to get to a point where I could match and kill them as well. I will say that after the first chapter it actually gets easier as the devs realized their mistake with the difficulty, after many complaints I might add. All I can say is keep at it and you will prevail.

Bandit-0073 i have some question or tips i need 1. Is there any best grind for exp spots? for lvl 81 cus am in that lvl 2. What is the best weapon for swords that you can get for lvl 81? 3. Where can you get exp potion or increase the chance to get items from monster drops? 4. What is the best team but in kirito teams like silica,sinon,asuna 5.What is the best palette for duel weilding since am a main for swords 6. And finally where is a good place to grind for Demonic Retrix, Crustacean Leg, Bestial pelt, and Insectoid Feelers?(if your wondering am upgrading my default outfit but its hard get them) Thank you for your help if you know

Just had a look a second ago; he did not spawn for me this time. My suggestion is to keep defeating NM's and HNM's and checking to see if he spawns. Sometimes HNM's can take a while to respawn in multiplayer.

+Kotker; unfortunately even I don't know that answer to that question. However I believe it has something to do with not over-powering enemies too easily, even though you are more than likely at the level where you can one-shot anything that is not a boss. To me it is annoying to deal with, thankfully it goes back to full when you change areas. I would appreciate other peoples theories on this question as well. It got me thinking so thanks for asking!

It sounds a bit simpler than it actually is to do; whenever you use a Sword Skill you will see a blue light / sparkle at some point during the skills animation. That is the indicator for you to do the next skill in the combo you are performing. Btw, the timing window for the skill activation is quite small so be quick and you will succeed. Also practice makes perfect. I will add that game patches have increased the timing window and some item affixes will also do the same thing.
