There is a "Going Fast" triumph, and it is needed for The Final Shape seal. It requires to complete all Cyst Trials under 4 minutes, so that is one of those - Sword Dance Trial. You can access Cysts after you do some post-campaign quests with Micah-10 (Alone in the Dark). Then you can follow the waypoint markers and the bird from the landing zone. I believe timer starts when you shoot the Hive runes. You can swap between Moth-Infested Cavern and Sword Dance Cysts by interacting with the bird on the way.
I am using Strand Hunter with Cyrtarachne's Facade for Grapple and easy access to Woven Mail for damage resistance. Build can be seen at the end of the video.

Definitely did mine under 4 minutes but not getting progress, does anyone know if the timer starts when the bird is interacted with or when the glyphs on the door are broken? We need an on screen timer!!!!

I think it opens up a new Trial Cyst each time? I might be wrong though, I have only two open right now.

So I personally found myself to be losing the bird whenever I was following it and I somehow always ended up in the blooming area right after but you can just go the correct way and it’ll let you progress as normal without the bird. Literally did it like not even 4 mins ago

Pretty sure if you do two small swipes then the large attack you get a little extra damage.

Yeah find it bullshit that they will get their shield back almost immediately as soon as you pull your weapons out. Capping our strength ability down to that stupid ass sword they keep trying to shove down our throats. Let us play the game like we want to bungee quit telling us how to play the game that we paid for

You need to shoot the necessary runes starting from the top. Make sure to shoot the exact runes, some are very similar to the wrong ones.

Also, the Madter of Swords triumph is bugged or something. I didn't drop the sword a single time, same way as the video, and the triumph doesn't pop up.

Yes, it seems to be bugged, I was puzzled as well. Maybe Finisher counts as dropping the Sword?
