+Michael Broomell I think that's what they're trying to do for their new album. In an interview Tyler said something like that they think that they advanced a lot in tltd, that there would have to be a middle point between tdc and tltd. In a way they regretted having released tltd as their second album. And that point in the middle of tdc and tltd would be his new album. Also on your facebook page have the tdc flower in red, as if it were the continuation or a new beginning for them after tltd.

Honestly I really liked what they did with this song. Really shows how the lead singer, Tyler Dennen, has changed and gone through different things as a person. Sworn In as a whole, has usually had the message of "I'm fucked up and want to die" and in this track, it's kinda more like "I don't want to die and need help for my issues". Which I personally think is really important. Don't get me wrong, I love all of Sworn In's work, I just think it's cool they decided to let people know that it's okay to reach out and keep living.

They're new drummer seems too basic. Maybe its just that Void was never going to be a song I was gonna enjoy, but the drumming seems too bland. And from when I saw him live, he just couldn't hold up to the recordings the old drummer did. And from the looks of the bands DC is touring with this fall, I'm pessimistic on the sound the new album is going to have.

tylers screams have never been so angry and powerful and the voice effect reminds me of those you hear in the film evil dead or creepshow and that's awesome. i loved the singing on the lovers/the devil which made the songs more accessible, which i don't think is a bad thing at all. but here the singing line is a little bit boring tbh. instrumentally it sounds more like the death card but maybe not as hooky. anyway i'm excited to hear the rest of the album and hope that tyler doesn't lose any more weight, this shit gets dangerous. don't let depression get the best of you.

The concentration of Tyler in this video is extremely off-putting. If I had listened to this without the video, I probably would've been more open minded. Eh, moving on.
