Tilde looks like he scouted Gluto's habits really well here and Falco naturally abuses some of them. He was waiting for Gluto's autopilot air dodges and Gluto didn't seem aware of ANY of Falco's frame traps.
Speaks to the diversity of the cast and Skill levels are rising. Great performance from Tilde. With that being said Glutonny is my favorite Smash player hands down not even close. I wish both of the competitors the best.
A FALCO player considered a top 10-15 player in the world? It just proves that this game actually gives most characters a chance to be great, if pushed to its full potential by the right player.
as a melee player 1st and ult player 2nd its cool to see falco getting some love on Ultimate, honestly I love seeing all the characters from 64 and Melee that are still used in the competitive scene
Wario is a character that is very MU dependent. There is no good Falco in Europe (or at least as good as Tilde). Theorycrafting with frame data and stuff is not sufficient: it is necessary to practice the matchup to know what should be the gameplay + dig it into their memory.
It is a losing matchup for Wario though, I mean I'm not really surprised by the result of this set because of how Tilde is cracked at Falco, and could really easily capitlaize on Wario's weaknesses very effectively.

2:40 jeez that was pure hatred right there. Yeah Glutos cheese and bait coward play dont work well with Falco. lol This wasnt lack of preparedness is just that gluto is not good enough and heavily reliant on that cheese. THIS WASNT EVEN CLOSE.
Unfortunately, this was a struggling MU for Glutonny. There's no good Falco in the EU, so Glutonny had to resort into guessing; While Falco has a pretty shit neutral, his combo AND punish game is incredible. This led to Tilde practically dominating. Weird too, since the best way to beat Falco is to camp him out and not approach.
First Marss is washed and hasn't been practicing enough and now Glutto is the same. So many ex top players not top 20 anymore. This is sarcastic btw. Sick of the BS of X or Y top player loses a set and suddenly "can't play the game anymore"
