Most women would never be satisfied. Of course they will get the plastic surgery and then a few months, years later they got to add to it, and then after that, add more to it.

@Jenna Smith Leelee did get the BBL several years ago, I think she was a bit smaller back then. Looks like they all have gained more weight in recent years.
