This band seriously needs more recognition, almost every single song they have made has been so good. Maybe if they got more recognition they’ll make some more amazing music 🥰
@@DanteSparda-wo7ls Oh dont worry, they have LOTS of fans, we're all just scattered in different countries:) If you still love this band, join the discord! We love celebrating the band and giving constant updates on what's going on now that they're back:) link below discord.gg/waf3vbx
I never say this about a song or an album or anything like that because I know there is always something that might be better... but I think this is genuinely THE best song i have ever heard.
*"My Lover's On The Pier"* All the things that I, All the things that I regret today I never really, I never really left them All the friends that I, All the friends that I'm proud of I never really, I never really see them Welcome home, honey how far is the place where, how long is it to get there? It means so much to me Here come the dogs, barking 'round my legs, an offender Right around the corner As we're a real family All the things that I, All the things that I regret today I never really, I never really left them (All the things that I, All the things that I regret today I never really, I never really left them) (la la la la) ... Now I have to take care of you No more time to thinking My lover's on the phone But I do not know the answer Now I know I have to catch you No more life to be seen My lover's on the pier, Counting the hours This call I know I have to take it No more time to fake it My lover's on the phone But I do not know the answer This ball I know I have to catch it No more time to miss it My lover's on the pier, Counting the hours All the friends that I, All the friends that I'm proud of I never really, I never really see them
The tuning is EAEG#BE, it's a E major open chord (with its fourth, A). In the live version, Morali seems to use a capo on the second fret but I believe it's because his guitar is tuned one step lower, DGDF#AD (open D major instead of open E major) - but it's essentially the same tuning in a different key, which is why he uses a capo to transpose it back to E major.
I'm on it. For now, tuning is DADGAD and capo on 2. If you want to know more, you can join the Syd Matters discord. We have tabs there. discord.gg/VbKn9q4
