Sydney Central Station 1980's 

Sydney was an awesome place to be in the 1980’s.

Just as nice inside except that ample seating is now gone -- hardly anywhere to sit in there now.

That's how I like it. Sydney Central station had these orange seats on the main concourse as shown in this video and most of it platforms too. My family and I usually use platform 18, or one of the express train services on platforms 3-13 to Penrith. We sit on these seats. Plus you swarms of pigeons and seagulls hanging around at the station. Also those gents toilets as shown in this video. Yep, I remember them too.

Places to sit!

It's not very welcoming these days. Construction everywhere. Nowhere to sit, also so many homeless junkies on the other side of the walls they've filmed here. Its safer at Town Hall.

It looks like trash now.

See how no one is having any cell phones. Now everywhere you go you see people's head down looking at their damn cell phones
