I'm such a big fan of Sylvester Stallone yet he is so underrated when it comes to not just as an actor but as a very talented filmmaker! I love any behind the scenes especially surrounding his original Rocky but I do prefer the odd number Rocky movies though. The millennial Rocky movies are all just as great like the Creed spin-offs too!
Rocky VI (aka Rocky Balboa) is maybe the best on the series. A wonderful comeback and send off to the character. I can understand how easy it was for comedians to make jokes about Rocky coming back at 60+, but the movie works.
It was made with so much heart and respect for the character and it felt like a callback to the first and second one. “Sometimes it gets hard to breathe. I just never knew it was supposed to be this hard Paulie.” It was like Rocky finally understood what Apollo was telling him before he got killed by Drago. “You haven’t peaked yet? Ive still got some stuff in the basement” such a motivating movie.
Rocky Balboa was very strong better than 5 beasuce at was very popular on video and television but if sly can do One More fight Ring for rockoo And wife as not around anymore beasuce of here Cancer I think In Creed IV Bobby well be it I think so
