You make it so simple. I've heard it over and over in school but you make it so logical and practical. Thank you!

Well you can't say the density of information was low on this one. Dang! Consumers such as myself should watch this just so they can appreciate just a bit of what an HVAC tech has to understand to get them up and running. Human nature dictates that every time we learn a new bit of information about something we think we know it all until the next one comes along. And the cycle repeats forever. Awesome delivery.

Hey Brian. First of all, thanks for putting out your content. I really enjoy relearning/recapping the fundamentals, you really can’t go over them enough I believe. In order to be able to follow along with the material, I think a really valuable video to make would be on the make up of the U.S power distribution system. I hear you guys talk about 208V three phase, 120V single phase as well as 230V. In Australia our low voltage system is 50V - 1000V AC RMS and 120V - 1500V DC ripple free . I sometimes get confused when looking at some of your schematics, particularly single phase motor start circuits where I see L1 and L2 when I would normally expect to see what we call active and neutral. I know I am not the only Aussie that would benefit from this, many thanks in advance and keep up the great work 👍🏼

ringo Orr hello, yes quite confusing, but there is MORE 50 HERTZ WORLDWIDE there is NO 120VOLT IN UK, OR EUROPE , I made up a 120 volt 50 HZ CLOCK RADIO & a. 230vac transformer X120v, to my brother in the early 1960 s , there was NO SUCH THING AVAILABLE THERE, on my job here in USA worked with 24 volt. ( controls ) then 120 v. , 230 v single & 3 phase,, 480/277 v 3 phase then 4160 3 phase , I saw in GERMANY 240 3 phase & single phase in homes there . Cheers 🇦🇺🇩🇪🇺🇸

hi, hi, hi, r410a system ( with fixed orifice) with equalized pressures of around 200psig. But once compressor starts the low side drops to 50 psig while the high side goes up to 300psig. I checked superheat was like 80F and subcooling was 2F. Does this mean the system has leaked out all the refrigerant? Does the 200psig equalized pressures means there's refrigerant in the system? thank you.
