Hi, Thank you for the video. Couple of questions: 1. Do we need a PA premium license to run this flow to call HTTP actions? 2. How often do you schedule this flow to run to get the latest updates?
@TechSkater777
@TechSkater777 3 месяца назад
How can we get it so the flow outputs all of the current incidents from the services? For example, I built the flow as you describe but I’m only seeing one incident of each service when some like Teams or EXO have up to 3 active incidents

Awesome Tutorial! Could you share a resource or explain the authentication using Delegated User Permissions instead of Application-Level Permissions in App Registration?
@DamoBird365
@DamoBird365 Год назад
Delegated permissions: App acts on behalf of a user, limited to their access. App permissions: App acts independently, with broader access granted through Azure App Registration.

Hi Damien, at 18:42 in the video, I am stuck on the Compose Top Issue action. I've tried adding this expression but flow is telling me its invalid: reverse(sort(body('Filter_array')?[0]?['issues'],'StartDateTime'))?[0])

Ah, I see that I have a rogue ) at the end of the onscreen expression. Don’t know how that snuck in. The expression in the actual compose notes doesn’t have it.

@@DamoBird365 great - I've now finished the tutorial - this is going to be great for other users within IT who dont have access to the M365 Admin Center! How would you suggest we go about keeping this updated in terms of a timed interval in power automate?

Hi, i'm an M365 Administrator, and i receive the service health notification via mail using Graph API in powershell. But i want to get this notification in a SharePoint list like this video. Can you make a video step by step to get the same sharepoint list? (with Power App, SharePoint list creation, Power Automate, with all flows). I started two days ago to try to reproduce the same sharepoint list, but using this video and blog, i can't have the same result. I really appreciate

I have a blog post that might be able to help www.damobird365.com/service-health-and-message-centre-via-power-automate/ but I have no plans to do a step by step at the moment, I can add it to my list. You want to write the data from the Select to a list.

@@DamoBird365 okay thank you. Yes i really like the view of the sharepoint list like a monitoring service, but in generally for automatizes process i use powershell. I don't know how to use power automate and power apps, but i really like the project that you made. If there is a complete guide that shows from scratch how to implement this service, I could use it for my tenant and for the different clients I have.

Hi Damien, I now have this working and updating the existing list items on a 30 minute interval. The only issue now is that on the update of the item the exclaimation emoji is being added to all items even if the status is 'serviceOperational'. Any ideas why this is happening? I have the two items below in my 'Status' column in the workflow: items('Apply_to_each')?['status'] if(equals(item()?['status'],'serviceOperational'),'✅','⚠')
@DamoBird365
@DamoBird365 Год назад
Nice one 👍 it will be because your expression is returning null. I would put your item()?[‘status’] into a compose and debug till you get a string. Check the history etc.
@sudosaurus
@sudosaurus Год назад
@@DamoBird365 I added item()?[‘status’] into a compose and nothing is displayed in the inputs or outputs. I also did the same for the AlarmStatus and this only shows the exclaimation symbol as: "⚠"
@DamoBird365
@DamoBird365 Год назад
@@sudosaurus that proves that your expression is wrong. You maybe have different named keys in your array? If nothing is being returned, the key doesn’t exist.
