Do you have any ant problems because of your clay soil? I have heavy clay soil and from watching your videos our soil looks like a similar color as yours. We have an ant problem though. Literally anything we plant whether it be peppers or flowers, ants like to farm aphids on them all. I wonder if there is some way to control the ant population without using diatomaceous earth, borax bait, and chemicals of course.
Yes, we have a little tool that we use to loosen the plugs from the bottom at the drainage hole. This way you aren’t pulling the plants at the tops. Then we plant them directly into the soil.
