Not sure if anyone can answer this but I’m interested in learning more about NADPH. 1. What foods enhance this? 2. If I take NMN, NR, Niacin or NADH, would any of those supplements strengthen NADPH? If so which ones would be more ideal. I recently started taking the supplement Pregnenolone and the effects were instant from a reduction in stress perspective. If anyone can point me to a video that breaks down the pathways around NADH, NADPH and NR etc that would be great.
Can you comment on the StAR protein? I am also curious, does an increase in cholesterols, like in one of the familial hypercholesterolemias lead to an increase in hormone synthesis?
I rember i had this question on my oral exam and i told my prof that i have trouble pronouncing pregnenolon and she just said okay i wont ask you that then. Oh well cateholamine synthesis question was easier anyway XD
