Syria has a special place in my heart because of the help Syrians gave to Greek refugees, including my father, and because of all the lovely Syrian people I have met these last few years. It is so sad that even still, today, Syrians are unsafe in their own country.

Sadly no one will pay for all the innocent people killed in this shameful war, not in this life.

Syria is a testing ground for different types of weapons, from drones and missiles to chemical weapons. All nations are interested in the war in Syria - Europe , Turkey , Iran, Israel , Russia , USA...

This makes me feel useless for not doing anything while innocent people are dying😔.the only thing I can do is to pray for them🙏!!!!

Whenever I feel suicidal living modestly in a western country in these crazy pandemic days I use Syrians as my denominator that life as I know is not so bad. Particularly all the poor innocent Syrian children caught up in all this bullshit.

Everytime I watch anything related to Syria. It breaks my heart. It's always the people who suffer.

Ok. Time for a Reality Sandwich. 1.) War as a Human dynamic is one of the foremost guilty pleasures we have had for millenia. It's not going away because each generation has to learn by experience that War doesn't work. Expect a war each generation because Humans learn experientially not Intellectually. 2.) The primary cultural model in the Human Condition is the Tribe. Not Churches, not Nation States, Not political organizations or Economic Ideologies. There are Tribes members and there are all the Outsiders. 3.) Peace is boring; Chaos is exciting. Humans want novelty and excitement and they dont care about who gets hurt in their pursuit. Put simply Humans will always crave what they don't have. Any Questions?

One thing, the bias was unfortunately quite evident in this video. 1. According to her claim, there are 2 main groups, i.e. US backed rebels, including qatar as a US ally (certainly the reason from where the bias came from) and the other is Assad Regime. She states that the bombings are being done mainly by Assad, on his people, right? Because as state head he wouldn't want the peace. he is rebelling, and not the rebels. What about the US backed rebels and allies? What are they upto? Watching and eating popcorns?
