I have heard that one of the best ways to learn a language is to learn something else through the target language. In this case it’s learning to make Ukrainian Cheesecake. I will definitely try this since I didn’t grow up with many Ukrainian dishes. :)
With subtittles in Ukrainian it's very easy to understand the vocabulary, thank you for all the work you put in your videos. We appreaciate it a lot. I will definitely try to cook it at home. Unfortunately I could not eat fresh homemade syrnyky when I visited Ukraine, so it didn't leave a good impression on me but now I can imagine how tasty they must be if you cook them yourself.
Israelis might like that. They're very fond of cottage cheese, (its price almost brought down a government once), and fried foods are popular for Hannukha.
This looks lovely! I've been looking for some Ukrainian recipes to try and this looks so good, I am looking forward to learning more about Ukrainian culture, traditions, language and everything! Is there any specific cheese you use for this recipe? Слава Україні! 💙💛
Thank you! 🤗 We use any кисломолочний сир that we can buy, except for non-fat one. In Ukraine, it is a very popular product. I know it is no so easy to find it in some countries. I heard some people cooked them from ricotta, they were more tender than the classic ones)
I don't know how I will ever veganise this one 🤣 but lovely video, thank you! I really like the way you shaped the cakes, you demonstrated the technique very well and I'm going to try it with something else. Though I must confess that my vegan brain is already trying to think of the closest thing to this that I could try and make...they look so yummy 💙💛
Oh, thank you 🥰 I do hope it will work somehow. Instead of egg you may use banana, but not sure regarding the cheese itself, but I am not an expert. I hope you will come up with some cool idea 😃❤️
@@VERBA_SCHOOL I tried it today, and obviously I've never tasted the real thing but they turned out surprisingly well, for a first attempt at veganising a dish that has cheese as its main ingredient. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, quite delicate - is that how they're supposed to be? I ate them all up. But then again, I was hungover from last night so I would have eaten anything 😂 I'm already thinking of what I need to do differently next time for a better result. I'm also wondering if the verb 'to veganise' has a Ukrainian equivalent... I hope you managed to enjoy new year's eve in spite of everything. Things WILL get better. Love and solidarity from London 💙💛
@@VERBA_SCHOOL thanks!! And i will be glad to see you!! I will almost have midnight at that time when your premiere will start but i will surely watch!! 👍🏻
Привіт Ніка !! Як справи ? Вчора я приготувала сама мої перші сирники з медом . Я додавала "сhantilly" ! Були дуже смачні ! Дякую тобі за гесепт а всі цікаві уроки ! 😘
Initially I observed два tips that will improve upon all my syrnyky making skills. But there are numerous other techniques demonstrated here that take this to the next level. So, you are a talented linguist, chef extraordinaire, Дружина 1 класу, the list goes on and on 🙂🙃😉 I am also going to study this dialogue several times and work on my listening skills.
