@@DavidTorres-xp1vs yeah its sad because I picked Schneider for all of the good reviews I saw online and speaking to people. My experience was the total opposite and Im a very respectable person who prides himself on doing whats right. Some of those instructors are there just for a paycheck. I keep in touch with some of the new recruits and we all said the same thing including all the others from our class.

Definitely will keep you all updated. I have two days left until I will be releasing my full week of training review video. So far it’s been great. It’s tough but I’m still able to come home and have some energy left. Stick with the current company and fulfill your contract. Food service is in need for drivers always because some can’t handle the work load. Which is understandable.

@@championtrucker it started from Day 1. I tried on boots that I was paying for. Well, they gave me something else, I tried to exchange them and they made a big deal about it when the actual boot was right behind one of the instructors. I showed him but I guess he didnt like me “challenging” him. Then later that day blamed me and a few others for falling behind for trying to get our sizes right etc. Then later at lunch when I went to pick up my lunch one of the other instructor sees me and goes, “Oh boyyyyy.” Then later that week I asked her a question regarding a violation, she ignored me, I asked if she was ignoring me, she proceeds to mock me and never answers my question. They sent me 450 miles to meet my TE in a rental. I turn the rental in and there are no Uber rides. Had to get my own taxi. No one answers their phones, especially after hours. Then, after training OTR for 6 days, which I should have been with someone regional, they forget about me for a week as Im sitting home wondering why they hadnt called me. They gave a bs excuse. Then I get briefed very briefly on my regional route, given probably the oldest truck in the company with no inverter or apu. Im told Ill be home every day for the first week however the first day I didnt get finished til 12am, was having trouble with my tablet after getting close to running out my clock and no one would answer their phone or call me back so I drove to the OC and parked, went home and resigned. There was so much more that took place but thats the gist of it. The kicker is a week or so later the call me for rehire. I go through the process thinking Ill just get enough experience and be out however after speaking to my team manager I guess our convo didn’t go as he felt it should and probably flagged me. I thought it went ok but, I guess not. So, they call me back saying they cant accommodate my previous accommodation and they wouldnt move forward. It makes absolutely no sense to call me to rehire then not hire me when nothing changed. Smdh. This is the Atlanta OC thats super ghetto. Sorry for the long rant.

First and foremost Atlanta OC isn’t made for training. Period. Dear lord I feel bad for you. I had gotten a 2017 for my first truck and got switch to a 2018 with no apu but it did have an inverter. Man I’m sorry about that honestly truly bad experience here.

@@championtrucker yeah man and the shop told me they couldnt install an inverter. They had no wheel chocks and my team manager made no attempts. I felt like a number rather than an employee. Im looking at Werner honestly. Appreciate your response. Atlanta sucks! Lol

I might! My first week with just orientation and a total of 50 hours was $1500 not a bad week. Taxes weren’t taken out though.

Determines by what your state you’re in. For me they contacted me and pretty much wanted me to come in that very day. So I would go to the office and see if you could make an appointment with the hiring manager

You get time and a half after 8 hours each day which is great. I don’t recommend Sysco at this point though.

Are you still at sygma? How is it? Is it the same pay?

The pay is really good! Very tough work I see why there’s a huge turnover but if you have the right mindset you can do it

Hey I got orientation with sygma on Jan 3rd how much they gross a week? And are there front face if driver cams?

@@kendrickburnett2305 hello, I’m grossing 2000 to 2400 a week. Yes there are cameras in the truck watching but only start recording if you drive aggressively, run over something, etc

Typically get paid the same as even a veteran driver.

hi in IRELAND it is not that bad. as in the interview process . just a talk and a drive then the yes or no.

Some of companies do require you to get your MED Card again. I believe I had to do mines again but every DC is different.

It was slip seat automatics. Hours vary due to route but hours typically start at 5 am in the morning ending around 5 pm or 6 pm

@@zoejoseph4068 I work at Pepsi now but I’m regretting it now🤣 because the money is not as good as Sysco..at Sysco I was seeing 1,600 to 1,700 a week but the work is hell at Pepsi I’m Only seeing 900 a week..but I have no experience so it is what it is Pepsi is wayyyyy easier than Sysco tho

Wells most of them that’s the part that I don’t like..like royal farms, Walgreens, CVS, dollar tree, dollar general are all stores you have to sit there and merchandise smh that’s the part I literally hate but like I said I have no experience once I get 1yr under my belt or maybe 2 solid years I’m gone
