No bother :-). Yeah, i think a bit of matte(?) white spray could do the trick and it would look gr. I just watched the video on the s-quad with the voice and glad you can at least run the sound! Pity about the voice but the s-quad sensor sounders seem to be great devices. Good job!
The s3’s are horribly loud yes, but my fire alarms were on full volume so I couldn’t be near an s-quad 😂 Edit: just figured out my primary’s fire alarm system was ran through the tannoy / PA speakers. So the S-Quads were really quiet and the tannoy speakers were really loud! Nowadays I can bare a full volume S-Quad if I’m sitting under it, standing it vibrates my ears 😂
Thanks pal! Yeah my panel is all up to date pretty much i think, i'm going to try that sen-tri detector (thats the bits of detector in that box) and that voice S-Quad to see if they work! If they do i may consider fitting one in somewhere (maybe the voice one in my room, but i'd want to spray the case white so it's not yellow if you get me)
James! Any Gent stuff that starts with 32, 33, 34, S2, S3 or S4 is Addressable and requires one of the Gent Addressable Panels (Such as 32020 or Vigilon) to operate. Just connecting them to a power source will do nothing. Take a look at this video which will show you what I mean! The difference between GENT S3 and C3 Sounders
