Just a tip for everyone watching if you go to the options in the video you can slow the playback down when he does the demonstration so it’s easier to see how every thing blends together

+FajriEllisa Nugroho we've tested the volume on different devices. We can't adjust the sound of the videos we have right now. We recommend to use earplugs if the sound isn't hard enough. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Замечательно,три пятьдесят лайков ,за пластику ,и.движение ,остаётся ,табуретка ,котороя не действует не в чьих руках.Пять Тебе с плюсом,в руках кадочникова все что в поле зрения ,все в собственных руках.борешься с какойто тенью ,всеголишь ,разгрев мышц и дыхания ,это не система ,и сдесь немного ,чему научиться ,прости ,за недолжное внимание.
