The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?
True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diverssify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of 550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.
“Angela Lynn Schilling’’ is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Now I have more knowledge about personal finance. I just subscribed to your channel. Big ups to everyone working effortlessly trying to earn a living while building wealth. I’m 50 and my wife 44 we are both retired being financial independent, no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money. Saving and investing lifestyle in the financial market made it possible for us this early even till now we earn monthly through passive income. Thanks to FIRE movement.
@Henry Generally, investing requires higher knowledge. For this reason, It's important to have a solid support structure (financial consultant) to guide you through especially in asset picking. I operate with (Olivia Diane Margaret) an investment advisor who partners with a licensed wealth management firm. For the record, the experience has been the best for my finance. She is quite popular for her services so you might have heard of her. She made us financially stable by investing through her help, now I earn on a monthly basis through her passive income strategy... So I’ll advise you do get a good Investment advisor for yourself.
Having a good financial planner is like having a mentor . I was losing my money trying to invest on my own but it was different from Olivia Diane Margaret . She has played a great role in improving my finances. Long before now, I relied solely on my work and salary. Right now, I have a way of making much money and without stress so I quit working for others . Honestly , investing isn’t a choice anymore but a must for anyone who wish to gain access to a good and an independent life.
Personally, I’m blessed and realizing I’m not the only one working with Olivia Diane Margaret. I will consider myself lucky. I’ve been able to feed and make a living through his advice and great work. For such a person as Olivia, we owe her gratitude, support and endless prayers as it is not easy to gain access to such a competent and reliable adviser. Who isn’t just wise but has all it takes to handle an investment and is good at what she does.
Let me make it simple for you... Ankur Warikoo wanna tell you that don't fix deposit your money, go with SWP. And even for security if you choose debt swp plan till it will make more than fix deposit.
Wall Street pitched so-called quality stocks with high profitability and low debt, as a kind of insurance against whatever the economy might throw at you. Quality stocks have underperformed the S&P500 this year, waiting may not be the best decision for investors. It might sound basic or generic, but getting in touch with a financial adviser was how I was able to outperform the market and raise a profit of $450,000 since Jan 2022. For me, its the most ideal way to jump into the fin-market these days.
It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will also suggest investors to get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.
@@davidjackson4437 My Financial Advisor is CLAUDIA TRINIDAD RIVAS I found her on a CNBC interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provide entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can run a quick online research with her name if you care for supervision. I basically follow her market moves and haven’t regretted doing so...

Your skill to simplify a difficult concept is really spectacular. Amidst the bombardment of n number of influencers You and Akshat Srivastava( stupendous of connecting the dots) can be one stop solution for personal finance. Being a good student of Economics and a voracious reader I really appreciate it
This was really amazing facts about investment, glad to see you are sharing each and every aspect which is really important and helpful for the new beginners 🙏🤩
Hello Ankur Sir...! Just wanted to let you know that it would be very beneficial for all those investors out there (especially the young ones) if you would be doing a video on how to interpret the weekly equity statements (security and account) from brokers like ZERODHA. Thank You for everything you have been doing for us ❣and Best wishes to you..! 😇
I really dnt understand why people so ignorant nd I wonder how a professional you tuber frog had the enough confidence while dancing in the same topics of rain.Wake up guy's! He is RU-vid er. 😀
after seeing your videos and investment strategy , I had started my investment in MF as SIP ,NPS and PPF. it's nice video again which enhance my knowledge thank you so much..
That's the new thing I have learned in stock market. What are the chances of a mutual fund house getting closed suddenly? Then what will happen with our money. I was paying my sip and suddenly this thought bumped into my mind.
Hi ankur! I hope you're doing well! You're videos are really good and you give off very trustworthy vibes. Just a little request...do make some calculations based on people with low incomes or who want to invest something like 1k-5k a month or who want to start small. Thanks!
The entire concept is negated unless inflation is factored in for ascertaining the actual outflow of funds especially for immediate retirees with a substantial corpus.
Juat a suggestion of what i am doing with SWP. I have invested money in about 20 different Equity Mutual funds. One can withdraw amount of 1000 from each of these mutual funds and never risking of running out of corpus. You can cover this as well in your next video on SWP
Hello Sir , Please make a Vedio On " How Inflation makes impact on your SIP. Investment , when you Withdraw it after 30-40 yrs , How Inflation decreases the amount of returns " Plz Expalin it with a help of Vedio..
Ankur sir is 100% right guys, here is my personal experience. I purchase a car of Rs 8.50 lakh, I pay only 1.30 as dp, did 7.20 lakh of loan at 7.3% (EMI- 11k). Invest 2.5 lakh in SWP with 3500 Rs./month. Total interest in 7 yrs will be around 2 lakh and total withdrawal will be 2.94 lakh (at assuming 8% return only) + 40,000 surplus amount. So my interest will be Nil at the end + surplus amount will be added benefit.
Annuity seems a better option especially considering one is retiring, they are consistent unlike stock market and one gets 6% on investment per year. If you dont need regular withdrawals go for NPS , invest regularly for 30 years On maturity, convert half to annuity and rest you can withdraw lumpsum and do SWP with. 🥂
Your Video, Articulation skills and knowledge shared is amazing, Easy and very relatable. Only suggestion is take smaller amounts as example as most of these viewers are new or mid level investors. Work around anything that is below 5 Lakhs if possible.
What if the market is down for almost 1-2 years. In this case if we do the SWP than it's quite possible that huge amount of Nav get used and in long time our capital will gets vanish. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS SCENARIO.
You have given the example of 20lakh, today I was going through the post office monthly interest scheme where you can invest maximum of 15 lakh(in joint account ) and you will get 7.7 percentage (as of today) of return from the next month..why shouldn't I go with post office ..where I still have 5 lakh remaining
SWP or Dividend income me kon sa better hai mere according Dividend wale me Fund value pr koi impact nhi padta hai but SWP me fund value se paise kam hote hai. So please suggest ko sa better hai
@@shantanuchaturvedi3037 but suppose manually we are redeeming some units every month, units will reduce slowly and therefore finish after sometime. If someone stops sip when it reaches 20 L and Starts redeeming some units every month.. ?
What about inflation? If someone is retiring and we are talking about 10-20-40 years. So the expense will be increased, so as the withdrawal amount. Can you make the video while considering inflation as well.
No retired amount no property amount no any saving big amount sir hum normal log hain daily kama ke daily khaane wale log hain hum jaison kya plan acha rahega is ke baare me zaroor video banou sir taake hum daily kuch na kuch paise kama sake
Hello Ankur Sir, I'm investing in MF from 2019. I have below list Samco flexi cap 2k Aditya Birla 2k Axis bluechip 3k Tata Digital 10k lumsum Sbi small 2k Nipoon india 2k my question is i want to increase my investment amount by 5k So which MF will good?
Ankur sir, we would like to see you meeting with Sandeep Maheshwari sir. Please make it happen. Does anyone want this to happen? Hit likes for voting guys.👍
Thank you for the SWP information sir But still could you plss explain more about that with the vedio and About the better mutual fund for little lower budget sir
12:02 sir how is this concept different from buying a flat & renting it out. Though Property tax and Repairs are involved, there will be a guaranteed yearly rental increment of 5% & there’s an option to declare rental income within slab & if one wants to sell the property at the end of 20 years, 3x is very much possible. On 1Cr investment, I have calculated 2.4% withdrawal (less than 4% rule) at 5% hike every year, its generating 79L for 20 years, minus all expenses & flat being vacant for few months lets take it as 60L with relatively negligible risk than MFs. Even if I sell the property at govt rate, with indexation the tax paid would be much less on the lumpsum. (And everyone knows that saledeed value is actually not the sale value) Please advise if I’m missing something. Thank you for the video.
Please clarify if one can also withdraw prematurely certain amount from a MF while one has opted for SWP therein. Obviously it will have huge impact on the duration of SWP. But just out of curiosity.
Ankur bhai which one is the best among all the type of mutual fund. How can I identify which mutual fund house is best and secure .there are many type of fund large cap ,mid cap , small cap index fund this and that etc etc etc . So confusing
Hello sir i am ur fan ...SWP kaise nikale ...ofline ya online ...kya koi app se swp nikal sakte hai ? Kya koi aap aap recomnd karna chahenge? I am waiting for ans ...😊😊😊...aapko possible ho i request ek video banayiye please " live SWP invest "
Sir awesome video, thanks for doing it. I have one question is there a way to decide manually which month I want to withdraw and which I don't want to also while withdrawing it shows how much units will be sold for this withdrawal ?
Sir, I have 25 lakh, which is my father’s retirement amount. I have taken a home loan with an EMI of 22,000 and a tenure of 20 years. Sometimes it's hard to pay the EMI, and I am scared because this is my only backup. My father passed away during COVID, so I need to pay the EMI using that amount, but I am confused about where to invest to generate the EMI value. Should I use an SWP (Systematic Withdrawal Plan) for this? Is my amount safe and will it increase in the coming years? Please give me suggestions.
After I got upto $230,000 trading with Mrs Valerie Anne Yarvin.I bought a new House and I'm now able to send my kids to a better school in the states thanks to Mrs Valerie Anne Yarvin . When someone is straight forward with what he or she is doing people will always speak up for them.
Hello Sir, I have a question. Recently, I was talking to financial expert through some bigger platform. They suggested me to invest some amount in FD as well so when market goes down in future at least you will have something if you need money in future. However, I already have emergency fund and my investing are only for long term and your guidence not to invest in FD. Now I am confused what to follow should I invest in FD in this case?
