Hi, Thanks for the video. I am planning to buy the rally fairing my self. Just wanted to ask you.? How does it compare with original windscreen set-up, is it better in the wind, i am imagining/hopeing it would provide better protection and reduce the buffeting. Thanks! It´s a bit tricky to fit. But it definitely deflects the wind better especially on the sides (shoulders). I haven´t driven with it that much yet but it´s much more sturdier and I´m very pleased with it. It´s a shame it´s so expensive though.
Nice video. I have a tenere too, been thinking about the dakar panniers, what's your opinion on them? Lovely build, just an aftermarket exhaust missing!!
Thanks for your reply, I have seen it in the flesh at OTR in Cologne, yes it is quite expensive for a bit of fiberglass and some metalmesh, does it come with screws for mounting or does one just use the ones from the original fairing. it looks very cool though 👍🏻👍🏻..
No problem thanks for subscribing! It comes with almost all the screws and mounting peaces needed. The only thing you will need from the original is four rubber-spacers between the fuel tank and the fairing.
SinuS 2k it works well for me the sun glasses in it is great . The only complain i would have about it is the noise. It is pretty loud on the high way. But if yoy drive with earplugs I guess it wouldn't matter.
