It's actually quite strange. Both of the versions of this song are great and aren't really comparable. The newer version sounds harder but this just evokes the idea of some ragtag campfire song. Heri's version sounds better but Holm's voice just strangely works for this? I don't really know how to put it into words to be honest. Hail to the Hammer brothers!

Among so many bands out there, sometimes it's hard to find one that achieves to transmit (not sure if correct english) the meaning and soul of the songs they do. You guys were like a oasis when I first listened to you some years ago (first album beeing By the light of the Northern Star), and I still remember that feeling, that "I want to listen more and learn more of this people". I live in Argentina, and had the pleasure to see you guys with Arkona in 2018 (it's strange to see some bands here, for various reasons).
