I met my dad when I was 14 and then coming an adult I set out to gain a relationship with him and these words he said to me, you want to become an adult and now you want me to take care of you and then he told me he wanted nothing to do with me or my kids. Like any other daughter I didn’t want his money I wanted his time. I wanted to get to know the man that God appointed to be my dad and he rejected me. God stepped in and His word says “When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the Lord will take care of me.” Psalms 27:10. God stepped in and God has done that.
