T Reacts To Stryper - Same Old Story 

The Final Battle has my vote for the best record for 2022.

They are a Great band with a positive and Great message. The world needs more of that.

Probably the best album they’ve done! Extremely high quality from production to music. Heavy, melodic and just great.

This song has such a catchy groove - that's part of what made the 80's legendary for the metal scene. Stryper does an excellent job of bringing the best elements of the 80's and mixing it with new and fresh ideas. The whole album is great - dive in anywhere and listen to it all the way through!

Legitimately, this album has no filler songs. I’ve been listening since they came out, and as much as the old songs take me back to a warm, fuzzy, nostalgic place (and they will always have a place in my rotation), the newer stuff is so good! This could, actually, be their best album. Every song has something (besides a positive message) to offer, whether it’s a great crunchy guitar, solos, awesome drums, and bass that lend themselves as quintessential ingredients in the best food for our ears. Michael kills it vocally, and manages to seem like his voice doesn’t age, but actually matures. Perry’s bass; WOAH! I can actually hear the bass now, and so appreciate the drive and groove. Robert never disappoints, but even he seems to have grown and become more “one” with the songs; so tight! Oz is so underrated. He is above and beyond efficiency. One can tell he’s been practicing, learning and incorporating different styles and techniques into his playing. The words, the timing, the solos, and harmonies are all carefully, and expertly crafted to make up this perfect storm of a band.

Dude! You’ve got fantastic taste in music & glad you enjoy their music. Stryper is my all-time favorite band & I been listening to them since the 80’s!! The Final Battle is in top 5 favorite Stryper albums!

I’ve followed them since the beginning - in terms of their albums, they go from strength to strength. Great band, great songs. I saw them live last year. They were firing on all 8 cylinders. Their base player is relatively new. He played in the band Firehouse. A Christian band with a light in their message…

One of the things that many don't realize about Stryper is that in addition to being a stellar vocalist, Michael is an amazing guitarist and he plays roughly half of the guitar, including many of the solos along with the fantastic Oz Fox.

Many I fluencers and commentators will pause the video to say what they gotta say and it really distracts and takes away from the music. So THANK YOU! They have been at this for 40 yrs and still are perfecting their craft. I can't believe the are getting up into their 60's. If you've seen them in concert, you would never know!! Keep on keepin on!!

The Final Battle is probably the best album Stryper has done since their classic To Hell With the Devil. It's chock full of bangers. "Transgressor," the opening track, is amazing, and very reminiscent of classic Judas Priest. Well worth your time...

I bought three copies of the Final Battle, Every album Stryper releases keeps on getting better. I can't stop listening to it. My choice for the best 2022 album.

I saw STRYPER and Armored Saint together. May 3rd 1986 at the Orpheum Theatre in Mpls,MN.

Agreed, consistency. I'm a child of the 80s, so their 1985 Soldiers Under Command remains my favorite...every track had Something to it. I wore that tape OUT in my car stereo, lol, and my voice singing along with tunes like "Makes Me Wanna Sing". 😎🤟

Try listening to Skillet, a solid heavy band....and well, Stryper has been my favorite Christian ban since 1985.

The ONLY complaint I’ve EVER had about Stryper is that the vocals tend to be overpowering on the albums. I’ve seen them live three different times and they are amazing live! I wish the vocals live could replace the studio vocals because it is so dang pure in concert.

Love the Channel T...Stryper is an awesome Band....very consistent and they seem to get better and heavier. You should check out some of Micheal Sweets newer solo music where he featured other guitar players in different songs...I recommend "Shine" and would love to see your take on that song! Keep up the great work!

one of my all time favorite bands. Michael and the Gang tear it up. the new Album is one of the best they have done. Other great bands that you should check out, Europe, Mr Big, Whitesnake, Iconic, Clean Break, Perfect Plan, Nordic Union, H E A T and Revolution Saints

Your STRYPER reactions have been some of my favorite all across you tube land. Been a fan since 86. I cannot say enough about how important this band is in the rock and metal landscape. It took a lot of guts to write about the subject matter these guys write about in the Rock and metal world without apology and execute it to perfection. Especially back in the '80s where they were the subject of many jokes and ridicule from both the metal community and the Christian Community, but the joke is on the people who do not appreciate this band because they're missing out on some amazing music and Talent. I'm so glad to see these guys still putting out great music, touring and sounding better than ever. If you get a chance some way somehow go see them you will not be disappointed. Love your reactions man great job!!
