I may not be able to get into IoE but I am blessed to be in the same mental space with Hariharan sir in this virtual class. God bless you abundantly dear sir. ❤️👏🏽
Sir, your analysis is impressive but I'm disappointed that you have made no mention of the huge influence of Hindu & Buddhist philosophy on T S Eliot. Even the symbols of wheel & witness is Upanishadic in nature. It is well known that Eliot studied Sanskrit & Pali in depth to understand Hinduism & Buddhism. He commented that European philosophers looked like schoolboys in comparison to Indian philosophers. Kindly refer to the book TS Eliot and Indian Philosophy by Amar Kumar Singh. Would appreciate if another video is posted with reference to influence of Indian symbols & philosophy in Murder in the Cathedral. Regards.
