Wow he is so generous for not calling the cops reporting her as a runaway and getting his sister arrested for kidnapping when he literally kicked her out. Is this guy lacks self-awareness. What a tool!

Ha ha ha ha… he drives away his kid, says such hurtful stuff she was legit at risk of self harm, TRASHES her room… doesn’t even try to contact her, then finds the card himself, oops, my bad, guess everything’s fine now, so you can come home. This man should never be trusted with the care of another person, ever. Dude went from “I’ll never trust anyone to care for my daughter, she’s so precious to me.” to “I don’t want to see that dirty thief ever again!” in like 15min. And he even has prior experience with self harm… not the ‘cry for help’ kind, the ‘I’m now a single dad.’ kind. Seems like the only thing he learned from his wife’s self-deletion was how to say exactly the most hurtful thing possible, in the shortest possible time.

I can't imagine a parent would be so damn stupid. I've misplaced credit cards, canceled them and had them replaced and then found the other card. If there were no charges on that card, probably meant she didn't steal it. Instead of just saying okay it must be misplaced because I trust my daughter he goes off on her like some kind of psycho and then when he finds it he expects her to just forgive him? This guy is a piece of crap

Boy…he sure as hell played himself on that one. He was so pissed about losing his own damn card that he ended up losing his only damn child. Stellar job on his part.

But if he hadn’t found the card he would have been comfortable with discarding his daughter. OP needs to face the fact that he’s terrible at parenting and his daughter is better off where she is. Holy smokes. The fact that there were no charges on the card should have clued him in. Also, unless the girl is stupid she would know that any charges on the card would show up, so how was she going to get away with using the credit card if she did take it. He’s the worst.

Why do I feel like he behave like this when OP wife commit suicide too? Let's say that daughter did stole the card then what? Was your card charged all this time no then it can be replaced easily then why the hell so much drama over this?

He doesn't deserve her back at all! He should listen to his sister and just move on.
