No reason to remove it. All they need to do is tweak it by making maps bit easier and that you can roll them like regular maps.

you know this specifically wont be in the game right. allflames are a necropolis thing which meatsack farming comes from

I just started 2 leagues ago and the builds that I found to be easy and strong enough for me to push to red maps were : Boneshatter Jugg, Wave of Conviction Elementalist and toxic rain ballista PF (TR ballista PF was absolutely the best. Having Toxic rain on ballista allows you to run spells to that aid in keeping you safe , on your self cast. It does hella good damage and is not really gear dependant)

Yeah the mob has a chance for all/most loot to be converted to a specific currency, and sometimes you get really unlucky and it all turns into alterations.
