In today's video, I am doing a comparison between the T3 Curling Wand and a curling wand I bought on Amazon. I have always been curious if the T3 was worth the spend. So I decided to put it to the test. Can't wait too share my thoughts with you all❤💋

I was happy to see this video! I have been interested in the wand trio for awhile now and wondering how it compares to the T3 curling iron trio in the curl results and how bouncy or wavy they are. I think T3 is expensive but I think in order to get good quality products, you usually have to invest. I would pay $380 CND for it but I’ll probably wait until a sale event to save some money. Tax here is insane too so that’s something to consider. You’re SO fortunate to have found someone selling it that had barely used it and for such an outstanding price!!! Wow 🤩 My biggest problem is my hair doesn’t hold a curl, it’s pathetic. I find any of my clip-in extensions will hold a curl much better than my own hair (as you mentioned also) but I am lazy to go the whole 9 yards unless it’s a special occasion so I need something that will lessen the damage to my hair due to the heat and hold the curl. I’m willing to try this trio out. Your hair is freakin gorgeous and so healthy looking, not to mention the gorgeous curls from both of the wands you used. I would LOVE to get that result! 💝

Thanks! I prefer a barrel with a clamp because I like my hair curled to the ends. When you use it without a heat glove, you end up with a straight piece at the end which is not my personal preference. But....your hair looks beautiful!

I have the Amazon one and I've had it for over 5 years and it's still kicking! My hair holds a curl for 3-4 days and for the price it's really good! The T3 was an awesome find I gotta be on the look out for it on posh mark because for 300 that's wayy out my budget but I can do 100!

The T3 heats up SO fast and curls SO well but I've done thru two of those 1 inch wands bc the bottom piece eventually comes apart (where it attaches), if you change out the size frequently. To replace is $80 :( I got annoyed so I recently bought the Chi wand set on sale at Ulta for around $100 and it works almost as well, but does not heat up as fast. I also like the wand sizes and the fact they are a little longer for those of us with long hair. Have a good day! xox

In Canada at Shoppers drugmart, I can get this free with my points! I've been debating on whether or not I should get it. I have very thick curly, frizzy hair so it takes a good tool to create different looks with my hair. I have one of their curling irons (I got free with points) and I couldn't believe what it did for my hair. Thanks for the review, it helped make my decision!

Your hair looks amazing! I have a ghd platinum flat iron and I use that for curls. I have a t3 hairdryer I really like it. I can’t use curling wands I’m not that good 🤣 💕 and hugs 🤗 your way 😘

I have recently purchased the T3 whirl trio ( wand version) I also got the cascading ( small curl at top larger at bottom) attachment and the 1 inch clamp barrel attachment. I absolutely love this styling tool. My hair is so straight that I don’t need a flat iron. I have tried the ghd curlers, the glamouriser , the Mark Hill , babylis and probably others but my hair would not hold the curl. After a few hours it was almost straight again. I got the Dyson airwrap and this does work and holds a curl fairly well but by the next morning it needs doing again. The T3 however curls my hair amazing and lasts all day. I’ve managed to get 3 days out of the curls so far. I’ve used every attachment and they all work wonderfully. Yes it’s an investment but for me a very worthy one. I’ve never been able to maintain a curled look for long until now and I love it

Hi I think maybe the first time I used it there was but after that I haven’t noticed one. I think maybe when it’s new and has been sitting in packaging it needs to heat up to burn off the new smell ( if that makes any sense at all lol ) I only use it on 3 heat though I don’t need it any higher that gives me great long lasting curls or waves or whatever my mood that day dictates. I hope you love it sweetie , I know I do ( and my daughter who keeps stealing it does ) I wish I’d got it earlier I’d have had better hair and saved money. Enjoy your new curler. Lost my mind yesterday & pulled the trigger& bought the full convertible collection. I’ve wanted it for 9yrs. The sale they have plus there was a 15% off first purchase for entering your email for rewards etc. so it brought the cost super down. I’m still having that moment like repunzel once she left the tower with Flynn Ryder. I can’t wait to get it. I have always used drugstore irons, but I’m really frustrated with my Kristen Ess 1in pulling my hair out every time I use it.

@@shearsparkle LOL. Girl. I know the feeling. Even though i bought mine on Poshmark I was still a little nervous. But, since filming this video I've taken out my extensions and only wear Clio ins when I want length. And, other irons I have, nothing holds the curl. But this wand is unbelievable. If you can afford too splurge, they are worth it❤

Omg... ok someone else feel the same way that I did. 😩 I thought I was the only person who was feeling that way lol... when I curled my hairs. I have done that so many times so I stop using it ☹️ but I love the wand and everything from T3. So I bought the Dyson airwrap and I feel like its kind of doing the same thing on the main wand too. I hope I’m doing something wrong on the dyson wand. Because It’s soo expensive to deal with that. So I can relate to you girl. Thanks for the review 😉

Love this video! What temperature setting do you use for the T3? I have the T3 clip curling iron set and I like it, but my curls don’t last as long as they do when I use my Sedu flat iron, and I’m wondering if I’m not using the appropriate heat setting.

I use the 2nd to highest setting on heat. Not sure what the temp is, but I try not to use the highest setting❤❤

Did anyone find the wand left a burning smell in their hair? The t3 clamp cutler made my hair smell burnt in a way my Beachwaver never has so I returned it but of course now I’m intrigued again!

I have a t3 flat iron. I don’t smell any burning and my hair looks so healthy but when I wash it my hair smells burnt.

I still LOVE my T3 set. I didn't know they discontinued it. I'm glad you found it locally. I have had it for a few years now with zero issues. It's hot, so I recommend using 3 or 4 heating levels. Level 5 (the highest) is crazy hot😁

Hi all! I have the t3 attachment with the clip and it makes my hair smell!! I've tried cleaning it with different things including alcohol. My hair doesn't smell burned but it leaves it smelling subtly processed (not good). Does anyone have a suggestion?? My other tools don't do this. Xo Thanks for the video Tara!
