Yeah man, as a Bryan loyalist with a Kaz sub from T7, I also echo the same sentiment. Its sad to see characters that are genuinely hard to pilot and rely on counterhits so much getting nerfed so damn hard...

@@SolusFather Kazuya and Bryan still carry the same archetype, counterhit. Though I’d be lying if I said Kazuya wasn’t a lot harder than bryan as of this moment. Yet these things does not matter in the grand scope of T8, to pilot him consistently in a high level from previous games even to now you had to have very strong fundamentals. Not to mention the higher level you are, the more you’d feel pushed to learn to master TJU. Now depending on how strong you are in the game, you’d know thats either the second or third hardest move to master in the game. Oh, lastly, you can’t mash with bryan no matter the tools you think he’s got even at this moment. I won’t argue with the tier which you believe bryan is in, but just remember tier is merely how high the character’s potential is in on the whole scope of the game, doesn’t say anything about how hard it is to use him.

@@Emmanuel-yj4tp Yea because there’s no arguing that Bryan is A-S tier. It’s mostly low ranked Bryan mains somehow convincing themselves their character is weaker than that. Any GoD Bryan will tell you otherwise. Also, Kazuya is not a counterhit character, not even close to. That’s literally where he is weakest at.

If you play Kazuya then expect your combos to drop. Definitely more inconsistent than DJ but after this patch it is a little bit better

The guys acting that DvJ will stay like this forever doesnt help tho they should know that we havent even gotten out of s1 yet and they wont be doin any balanxing patching for awhile If i were they i would rather make DJ my sub rather than outright dropping him and usr Kazuya in the meantime. All they have to do is complain without being obnoxious

When you make the hardest character in the game the worst character in the game then we have every right to complain. That is not balanced.

I mean its the perk of being the game director's main too (weird for DJ bcs hes murray's main but i doubt he even plays the game). Even when hes nerfed hes STILL getting a compensation buff
