After reviewing the footage the white Nissan turned right off of N. Belair road onto Columbia road from the slip lane just off camera (Columbia road is the road you can see in the video). I believe the Nissan driver upon entering the roadway was planning to turn left into the shopping complex where I was sat. But while doing so failed to yield to a motorcycle who was proceeding through the intersection on green resulting in the motorcycle hitting the back of his car. Obviously if I had known that was going to happen I would have angled the camera better.
