In india the schools doesn't teach things like dyslexia etc etc to students. I don't know why that is but it's bad😔 good thing movies like this take a step to make people understand the gravity of this problem.

Oh I am genuinely curious about how dyslexia works. From what I know dyslexia can be of different types. So can you tell me what happens if you are dyslexisc ? Like how do you perceive words, numbers, etc ?

@@AbsWrld885 for me is quite like ishaan, i have reading, writing, and spelling problem.. i need an extra concentration especialy in writing, its all good now but sometime its coming back..

Mein khud duffer tha bachan mein Bilkul padta nahi tha 1st class meine doo baar repeat ki hai fir mere Ghar vaalo ko laga ke mujhe koi problem hai toh mujhe doctor ke le gye lekin everything was okay iss incident ke kuch din baad hii yeh movie tv pe aa rahi thii mere Ghar vaalo ke yeh dekh ke or dimaag kharab ho gya hum kaafi doctors ke gye kuch nahi hua reports sab okay thi har tarah ka xray hua hai mera bachpan mein lekin result kuch nahi nikalaa then finally my parents accept how I'm 6th class mein mein fir se fail ho gya or mujhe school se rusticate kar dia Mujhe kisi school ne nahi liya kyo ki mein pure district ke sabse top school mein tha vaha se nikal ne ke baad koi admission nahi deta vahi hua mere saath finally Ryan ki branch newly open Hui thii vaha mereko admission mil gya fir meine soch lia ab kuch bhi ho Jaye mujhe apne aap ko prove kar ke dikha na hai mein bhi achha padh sakta hoon Mein bhi kuch kar Sakta hoon than 7th mein 61% bane mere Mere parents se khush USS din iss Puri duniya mein koi nahi hoga Rona bhi. Aa gya tha result ke time teacher ke saamne fir sidha 10th mein 87% fir mein head boy bhi Bana school ka vo mere liye ek lifetime moment hai 12th se 94% toper of school abhi mein BBA kar raha hoon second year or jab mein yaad karta hoon past mujhe ronaa aajata hai Aaj bhi...... Kuch dino pehele ki baat hai mere dost ne randomly mujhe se puchlia tha agr tere pass option ho bachpan mein jaane ko toh tu jayega kya mein emotional ho gya kyo ki sab mujhe yaad aagya tha vapis mein usko kaha nahi bhai mujhe mein himmat nahi ab vapis shuru se shuru karne ki ek baar kaafi hai😅

I was very slow as a kid. I would find myself sitting on the floor finishing my workbook while all the others got to eat their lunch. I was called 'Idiot', 'stupid' and for any little mistake, I was told i would be sent to boarding school. I was thrown on the class floor because I never completed my Math Homework, spanked to death because I didn't know that 5-3=2; years later in ICSE U.P. I was the only student who opted out of Math while the rest were preparing like they were already in IIT. Topped in the humanities stream but that never was 'Good enough'. To anyone reading this, please know that we are all different and we cannot be punished because we're slower than the rest. I really hope for this 'MATH' and 'SCIENCE' craze to go away man.

I am so thankful there are people like you in this world. That is not an easy job. I have a few friends that are SpecEd teachers as well. Thank you for all that you do for the kids that the system would otherwise forget about / ignore 🙏🏻❤️ also thank you for watching this with us 😊

That seems such a mean spirited way to motivate children. There are so many other positive reinforcement methods available but it takes time and the ability to care 😭😓😖

but... I think a mother would do it immediately because of mother instinct. It was a dream from Ishan though so it makes sense that it didn't match up with what I would have expected her to do. (You make all valid points for sure but I still think despite all of that a mother would go through fire and hell to not leave her child behind)

@@ChaatNChat yep i know u are absolutely correct because of motherly instinct any mother will jump off the train i was just talking about normal ppl like us that its quite dangerous and tricky

Makes sense. There are schools in the US that have the same approach with the same reasoning. I never went to one so it's still pretty foreign to me. (Even if I watched a Hollywood movie showing the same thing I'd still have the same reaction.)

Also uniforms .

" Yes that's strict but best thing in Indian schools I think. Helps you focus more on studies and less distractions in teenage years where you are tend to get distracted." Spoken like Ishan's parents who'd also likely think creativity & self expression distract you from studies.

@@RayneArt For me i think uniforms are great since it doesnt allow for bullying of kids over the clothes they wear or how they keep their hair. Its a good learning environment but all the other things in indian schools render this one good point useless.

@@sparkyblue7016 uniforms can absolutely lead to bullying. Kids from poor backgrounds can have torn uniforms, uniforms with stains that parents can't afford to replace, old hand-me-downs from siblings. Kids still can and do wear their hair in different ways. Schools shouldn't be militarized to try and jam kids in boxes. It's good to allow kids to express individuality.
