This is also called “Plated service” the fastest and most efficient service because the food is already arranged at the kitchen in the individual plates of the guest then brought to the dining and serve to the guest. It is usually done for Ala-carte service. Plated food is serve with garnish and accompaniment on the right side of the guest. In American service the food is served on the right side of the guest and buss out also on the right side. Beverage is served on the right side and buss out also on the right side.
