Attrition by Department: The dashboard shows a pie chart depicting the percentage of attrition across different departments: R&D: 133 employees (56.12%) have left, the highest attrition. HR: 92 employees (38.82%) have left. Sales: 12 employees (5.06%) have left. 3. Number of Employees by Age Group: A bar chart displays the distribution of employees across various age groups, indicating the count for each: The age group of 32-34 years has the highest number of employees (274). The chart shows a decline in employee count as age increases beyond 34 years. 4. Job Satisfaction Rating: This section is a table listing the Job Roles along with their corresponding Job Satisfaction Ratings (on a scale of 1-5). The table includes roles like Healthcare Representative, Human Resources, Laboratory Technician, Manager, etc., with the number of employees rating their satisfaction at each level. Grand Total sums up the number of employees across all job roles. 5. Very nice tutorial thanks, I have noticed that your background is fixed size. I ve tried an alternative to use for background a blank scatter plot with background image ( map -> background image). That way the image will resize and can be viewed on different screens 🙂
Using automatic will also reshape the dashboard view to the screen size of any device it is viewed on. Using the fixed type will fix the screen on that particular device type he used to create this dashboard view. It is not recommended unless you're 100% sure your dashboard will be viewed using the same device and screen size.

This background image has pixel size 1600 by 900 pixels. Use same size for dashboard as well. If you want different size then you need to change size of background as well
Sir, stackholder asking for make the dashboard automatic, so I have followed your video and prepared the bg for dashboard and presented to them, but their need is to fit the dashboard for any screen so if make screen automatic the bg is not fitting to it, is there any solution to resolve this issue,...🙏🙏

While formatting for KPI shading for the values shading is working while selecting NONE, But for the headers or measure names the shading is not changing to none, Please Somebody Help....
