Tachyon Archery reached out and asked me to test out one of their new takedown recurve bows. They sent me their 62" takedown recurve with a 40lb draw. In this video I go over what comes in the box, how I set mine up and my final thoughts after shooting this bow for several weeks. Overall it is a nice smooth shooting bow that is well built and looks good too.

That’s a good looking bow. I was looking at the same bow on Amazon and love the look of the riser.

Just bought one, haven't shot it yet but did like the fit of riser handle right out of the box. Bought a 45# next wood arrows. And shooting after Christmas

Yes absolutely. I liked the fit of the riser on the Black Hunter, until I put my hands on the Tachyon riser. Fits like a glove for sure. Good luck with it!

I was seeing her sending an arrow through her foot. Never seen some one do that before.

It seems your daughters bow is faster. Am I right? Is she shooting the black hunter?

Not sure if it is faster, but yes she is shooting the Black Hunter which is also a nice bow. But when you hold them side by side, the Tachyon grip is much nicer in my hands but that is a personal thing.
