Only taco times in the US are in Oregon, where they started. So most people outside of Oregon will only know TBell. But taco time looks way better and looks like better portions as well not sure the price difference?
Taco Bell never really claim its Mexican food per se. They always say Mexican inspired. People think Taco Bell is Tex Mex cusine but it was created in California. The first Taco Bell open in Downey, California by Glenn Bell.
i'm already sad from the beginning cos there's no way this food isn't cold lol . However his presentation is awesome! Also - omg i miss taco salad soooo much!!! We don't have a Taco Time near me that i'm aware of
Tex-Mex! A staple in Nordic countries, we eat it pretty much every week. Came in sweeping in the 90's, and we haven't looked back since. Although ironically enough, Norway has zero Taco Bells and similar tex-mex fast-food joints.
Clearly Taco Time cooks their meats on site because it’s not orangey and greasy like Taco Bell’s beef that was reheated in plastic bags dipped in hot water
Oh no! Theres 2 brands of Taco Time though!! The Taco Time (original chain) is an entirely different company from TacoTime (all one word), which is found anywhere outside of Washington and is notoriously worse.
@@crispyglitter Just found that out last night. There's a Taco Time in northern New Jersey. I'm gonna have to compare the logos with the Canadian Taco Time.
4 49....... And Taco Time's hardshells are looking on point, looking normal sized and maybe fried inhouse from actually corn tortillas. Taco Time reminds me of a place in Florida called Tijuana Flats.... The best hard shell and soft shell tacos I've had on the east coast.
I agree 100%! There was a Taco Bell across the street from my high school and I ate there every day for lunch (Class of '82). Bean burrito and a small Pepsi was less than $1.
Quang for some reason this video has an ASMR mukbang vibe of to it 😁 I think taco bell is good when you are on a budget and just want some quick tacos. But to get some true authentic Mexican food; restaurants is where it's at or a food truck buisness. Also we don't have a taco time here in Louisiana in America. I wonder if it's good. But thanks for sharing these tacos with us.
i know Taco Time's Tacquitos were fire, and unlike Gas Station Tacquitos, Taco Time had the Jumbo version and they were sold in 2-packs with Nacho Cheese for Dipping. i WISH they were still around, damn.
It’s been a while since you’ve eaten a whole Costco chicken.😂 Maybe do a Swiss Chalet comparison. Have you got Swiss Chalet there? St, Hubert? Any Portuguese churrasqueira? Nando’s? I can’t eat the deep fried stuff anymore.❤
2 35 Taco Time is what Taco Bell use to be when they were getting their footing..... Then corporate greed set in. That taco bell "crunch wrap" is an absolute joke. And I bet Taco Time's stuff is cheaper, too.
it used to be in my hometown, then it got overshadowed by Chichi's that moved into the same Parking Lot (both were at a Mall) their Tacquitos were fire back in the day.
