I built this Tacoma 1 year ago, it got one ton axles, 40 inch tires, and a whole list of other modifications! Here are my thoughts after daily driving it for a year.

It's kinda funny that most of the areas you want to improve or have fixed are not toyota parts, would you ever consider running land cruiser solid axels or aussy stuff? Also how long before we see a D4D swap for the crawl?

Why go cruiser axles when it's got tons and it's a daily/reliable rig. You can go anywhere and find parts for these axles, which are the drivers side output.

I saw this truck in person once and ironically it was at the Tamarack Centre. You’re not lying when you say it’s a mall crawler 😂

Been daily driving mine I built at the same time except thru the winter. Wish I had your v6 the 4cyl isn’t enough. Also hoping to do a doubler for crawling. The hydro assist make a huge improvement! We went with a 1.5x8 trail gear setup.
