Very good video. I really like the Viggen and think it is one of the most competitive top tier planes at the moment, and can even hold its own against most f14 players. Something I didn’t think of was using this close-in strategy with all ir missiles. As long as you know what you’re doing, you can really dictate the fight, like you said. My strategy differs from yours, in that I go to the left with the team and wait a little bit for the initial contact to develop. I bring the radar missiles, but have a special strategy with them. I don’t use PD. I stick to the deck as much as possible and shoot the radar missiles at targets that are above me (even 500 feet will do) with the regular radar mode rather than pulse Doppler. This is because regular radar cannot get notched like PD can. As of right now, just about ANY pulse Doppler radar can be notched by even some doofus turning around to go head on with you, and this makes the radar missile instantly lose lock and leaves it unable to be re-locked. Pulse Doppler radars are in a sorry state at the moment. With this, even in the off chance that your target launches chaff, your missile might still make it to the target with regular radar mode if it’s close enough since even though you lost lock on the target and got caught up in the chaff. I think having jump cuts, montages and other edits either dispersed throughout a video or in their own separate one would be a worthwhile investment to learn how to do if you don't already. Maybe experiment with live commentary, vehicle reviewing, or other stuffs too (these are just ideas). I want to give as much feedback as possible without sounding demanding or hyper-critical, these are just things that I've seen work. Im glad I could be an inspiration to making this video, coincidentally this is my favorite top tier jet too! Btw question: Are you a fellow viggen cultist?

Stock viggen tips?

The m/55 and m/75 AKANs are pretty different though.. Muzzle velocity for the m/55 is about 800 iirc, it is however, about 1030 for the m/75.. With a 50% heavier shell. That extra velocity means ALOT , that´s 6-7 times more kinetic energy along with the added weight.. So not only easier to hit, it hits like a train compared to a truck.. or should, in game it does not really..
