That’s a good set up. I just have my taser on left, my pistol on m right, and all my duty gear is on my pointblank model 46. Ammo, IFAK, baton on the left; narcan, a light, extra ammo and and a dump bag on the right is good enough for me. My lower back doesn’t hurt anymore now that I have an external vest.
Pardazi is coming in clutch with an indictment for doing some dumb ass rookie shit like shooting at a fleeing vehicle and recording it for social media.
I’m not sure how much and how long the wait was because my agency paid for it. Although the ordering process is great you inquire about it, they get a sales rep in touch with you and mesure you for fitting!
Great philosophy and great set up dude. Our department doesn't allow molle outer carriers unless you can get a waiver from your specialty assignment commander (Bike Unit, SWAT Unit, etc.) And they only allow four pieces on the front anyways and the rest goes on the belt. My plan is to get a waiver (of course lol) and either get an Armorexpress H3 or a Point Blank ODC Maverick with the following order of pouches (pov my right to left): - Taser - General Purpose - Flashlight - Radio Everything else would go on my belt. Handcuffs, ammo, glove pouch, IFAK, dump, tourniquet, holster. Keep up the good work.
I can get you Axon Body camera mounts if your agency wont give you an account to buy from them directly. Lmk if you are interested. Those single molle ones are good, but the doubles are much mroe stable.
My supervisors wouldn’t let me start my shift with my equipment looking like that. Take the time to make yourself and your equipment presentable for your fellow officers, the department you represent, and community that you server. This is some rookie 💩
I’ve actually been in Law Enforcement for 8 years, working on 9. I come from a family of Law Enforcement and take great pride in what I do. I appreciate you watching my video first and foremost! Is it the gear you wear that represents all 3 things mentioned ? Or is it simply the way that you perform your duties and the actions that you take along your career? Is it the only right thing because your supervisors said it was? As supervisors our number one goal should be allowing our officers to have the essential gear to perform their duties at the highest level. As well as having the most comfortable environment to get better results from our officers.
@@hdtacticalla I apologize if my comment came off as negative, I dislike doing that to another badge. 1st and foremost every officers safety is number 1. Honestly it’s a combination of all three issues I said. I’m a 1st generation officer and it’s the only job I’ve ever known outside of my few years playing in the nfl. It’s my belief that in this political and hostile climate for police officers we need to put ourselves with the best foot forward. Our communities we serve need the best version of us.
No hard feelings bro ! Just giving you a different outlook that’s all. Here in the south we gained a lot of community trust when we started wearing things that humanized us more, like beards, tattoos, and external carriers. What we also found is that our officers became more protected, more equipped, more comfortable, and morale was raised tremendously just by simply offering this gear to all of our guys. With all of those things being offered to our guys, we found that their work level was raised tremendously. As well as their mental health was improved tremendously allowing them to perform at a much higher level than agencies around us still being held to a standard of “we’ve always done things this way”. I’d love to speak with you more about all this to maybe help you improve the environment at your agency!
