@@indeskys9714 No. I have 3 out with the same problem. Support has not been able to figure it out. I think they finally gave up after I tried all their recommendations. Also the lithium cartridge will not take a charge from the solar panels. After your battery goes dead the camera can run off the solar panels charge if it is enough to keep the camera running. I think it would be a much better camera if the solar panel could keep the lithium batteries charged when they get low. Lastly my cameras won't pick up movement much more than 60 feet.

@dheller777 I haven’t had any issues with my 4. I keep them set on lithium and just run external 7ah 12v batteries, they are all still at 100% and I put them out in August. I’m actually quite surprised how long the external batteries will probably last at this rate

You can use alkaline, I just have a bad habit of leaving batteries in cameras and they can get corrosive so I use the lithium. Plus if you use the lithiums they can stay in your camera for 20 yrs and not leak acid like alkaline batteries do

@samueljones2495, I’ve got 5 of the OG stealth cams (non cellular). Can’t say I’ve ever liked that brand. Got a few of them as a gift, they are about middle of the road in my opinion on camera brands. Haven’t tried the cell cams, trying to stick with the same brand
