In this video I challenge an American Taekwondo expert for the second time. Although, this time I was able to mix my style some. In this video you will see my style be 70% Taekwondo and 30% of a mix between boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA.
The rules of the sparring match were I can not grab, take down, kick legs, have a hard contact, no knees, no clinching and no elbows. There were times that I was not able to follow the rules perfectly but either way it was a great time and I hope you enjoy the video.
