i started to cry at the feeling numb part. that's me rn. it's hard to pretend that you're fine, when you're feeling the opposite. it's even harder when you have no one to turn to. if you tell someone what you're experiencing atm, you're going to make them worried abt you. in my case, i'm dealing with it alone :')

It's not wrong to vent, worrying about someone makes me uncomfortable and uneasy too but what can we do? We need them. Don't deal with it alone when you know you have people to turn to, so what if they'll worry? It's okay, they would be the ones to worry even more when it's too late, they'll regret and blame themselves, and they'll feel like they are at fault for never being someone to open up to.
