Look at the Global Connections tab for the Current Screen Number System Tag. This PLC tag is something other than 0 which means the PLC is in control of navigation. You need to determine if PLC code needs to be changed during your issue, by writing a 0 to that tag and allowing the HMI to control its own navigation again.
