I have that exact same Tagima, it's become my favorite guitar. Mine has no playability issues, it's actually one the nicest playing guitars I've had, beats the hell out of the classic vibe jazzmaster.
That's weird. This model, at least here in Brazil, is sold with a different configuration than the one in this specific guitar. The varitone switch and the pickup selector locations are switched, and the varitone is a more standard rotary knob with five positions.
Hi! I’m a guitar tech for Tagima USA. We reconfigured the 61s to have the hardware Ryan is showing in the video. We cleared stock of the 61s with rotary knobs and are now only selling the ones with the dial, but they do provide the same function :)
I have a different version I think its an older model and I like it better cause the switches r in different places and work better and the headstock is different 🤘🔥🤘
I have both.i will tell you based on my experience the bridge is better on the tagima due to the fact that it's the strat style.those tuners suck ass I really hate the split open ones it's just a pain to string up.they are both nice guitars although tagima is a bit more budget friendly
@@oneeyeddog6127 Thats what I wanted to know. Im between a Fender Jazzmaster and the TW-61 P90 and I wanted to know if there is a huge difference between them
@@joaobottazzini9111 the main difference is the neck profile and the bridge.the tagima is a bit chunky in my opinion.but it's easy to play. Squire has a thinner neck..either one would be a nice guitar to have on hand.best thing to do is to try one out before buying.
Ayyyy, that's my main guitar. That guitar through a Rat is magic. My only issue with it is the fretboard wood feels super dry if you aren't playing in the moment
@@sethp8947 update on that, I played it for a while and it started to feel better, then I conditioned it and it felt like new......meaning all the work I put into playing it and getting it to feel right went to shit after conditioning, it was super disappointing
@@sethp8947 it was some kind of Dunlop fretboard conditioner, but I guess the composite fretboard didn't like it. It ended up becoming a parts guitar for a little bit, then I tried putting the neck from my first guitar on it, and when I went to adjust the replaced neck, the truss rod snapped, so I just gave up.
I have a Fendere Nashville Deluxe Tele and I have no clue what color it is. I think is supposed to be Fiesta red but it is somewhere between tan and red. Much darker than any Fiesta red I have seen and I have never seen a guitar this color or close. I actually was considering buying one of these until I watched this video. It's a fine guitar that buzzes and the varitone wheel fell into the guitar. lol
I JUST bought one of these, in late January. It's my instant favorite (I mean, I like it better than my one other guitar). Easy to play. Tuning stability and sustain aren't great (in my case) but I love the neck and fingerboard.
@@chancemiller9340 its a 25.5". and i think its a 12 radius, it feels large, like an sg. i couldnt find this information anywhere either... anyway, its really comfortable.
