Hello and welcome today I’m sharing with you this very traditional Armenian tahini bread, we bake this bread usually around Lent for its simplicity, it’s very delicious and very rich in flavor and tahini makes it very soft. For this you need
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup and 2 tablespoons of warm water
3 tablespoons tahini sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup tahini sauce
1 tablespoon honey
sugar,cinnamon, date molasses
