There is mosquitoes around Lake Tahoe during the summer? Im seeing a lot of nice houses really close to the lake but if you can’t enjoy any of it cause of the mosquitoes it would be annoying.

There are some but I have not had too many issues with that. Usually, it is a bit cooler at night so sometimes you are covered up and other times you just get the mosquito repellent/ers out to keep them away. It's not like the South or places where you get eaten alive. It is very manageable. I don't think people would pay $2-80 million for lakefront property if they could not enjoy the lakeside living. ;) Visit and check it out for yourself, I promise you will love it here!

That is more expensive than Beverly Hills where my sister lives in the flats. Did that home have laminate floors, because the planks all looked the same length and width as my laminate floors in San Francisco?
