44:53 I believe he said "Baozi" (包子) which is what we call "dumplings". Maybe the joke is that you "hit him in the dumplings" or it's just "random Chinese dish=funny". To be fair, if an English person got knocked to the floor and they said "fish n' chips" before blacking out, that would be a little funny.
