Tainted Grail: The Fall of of Avalon - (Quackalope Gameplay) 

I wish we got that episode 2. Was a really good watch. Especially as I'm getting ready to bring this out with my group. Played solo and loved it.

I love how Quackalope is using Thor's combat style: when in doubt, chuck your hammer at the enemy!

I'm definitely interested in this game and watching a campaign playthrough. A game I've wanted but I think I am content just watching the story unfold!

Playing through this with my girlfriend and we're loving it! Not sure how far you are at this point but the best tips I have are these: - Build your character attributes to compliment eachother, If Ailei has 2 sympathy, Arev is better taking points in agression for example - Read the bonus skill cards you receive when you start investing a third point in any characteristic, some are incredibly powerful - Take a look through your combat/diplomacy deck and check what characteristics you need to connect keys - Food is precious, don't use food when you don't need to! (for example when you're healthy and already exhausted) All of this really cuts down on the grind and makes the game more manageable

This is by far your best video in my opinion. I am watching this from time to time in continues relaxing and chilling such a cool vibe produced by this video keep it up

Please continue the story, you both push the time limit to the extreme- very enjoyable

Here again, just finished this today; since it's a long video I watched it in instalments. Hope it gets a second one, though I know the odds are againts it. I wanted to see the game showcased a bit more, it is right up my alley.

This was exactly what I wanted to see - I JUST got my Kickstarter.

I do like the idea of a series of videos encapsulating a campaign. If it’s a game I’m playing, though, like this one, I’ll only be watching the chapters I’ve already played. Derek and I played this one, so I’m really looking forward to watching the entire thing!

Now I am excited to finally bring that game to the table. With every other video I catch up you become my favorite RU-vid channel.

I know I'm a year late to this video. But this is probably the best gameplay video of a campaign game I have ever seen. Most of it comes from the lighting, the music, you guys have nice voices for this. So sad it's the only episode! Besides, the game looks amazing, maybe I will look for a second hand copy of it even tho I know they're hard to come by.

Hi Quackalope, really like the way you both play this. A campaign would have been interesting, but I can understand there might not be enough interest to spend time on it. Keep bringing good games to the channel!

It is a long video but every second is worth it cx still not through though, I have to find more time. Do you also consider making a similar series on Etherfields, if this gets enough reputation?

Out of curiosity do you have/will you be releasing a review of this without watching the playthrough? As much as I'd love to watch the playthrough I really don't want to deal with spoilers but I've found that many of my sentiments towards games tend to align with your feedback.

Thanks for doing this fantastic playthrough! Really enjoyed seeing what a game session of this is like :) Did you paint those miniatures? (or bigatures in the case of those menhirs!). That dip is a really nice simple effect that gives them a great table presence.

Regarding the need to see a campaign played: I am pretty sure the views will go down drastically after the initial episode and the further the game goes the more work it is to produce a video like this. So, from a business standpoint I wouldn't even consider it if not as a passion project. But on the other hand: It is nearly always just the starting scenario or the tutorial that is shown of the "big" games every year and after that nothing is seen or heard of the games anymore videowise. Sure, spoilers and so on are a thing but in the end ... I cannot play every game myself - especially not since the more "modern" games are gigantus in scope - nobody can. My gaming group would go for my head if I would tell them we are playing a 200 hour long campaign of one game for the next six months. Even if it would benefit my wallet greatly because than two kickstarters a year would set me for good. But jokes aside: sometimes I wish I could at least see just a little more than what 99,9% of all channels are showing: The introductory part of a campaign game.

I guess if this game would play like an dnd adventure with one dm Reading and asking what to do but not Reading the options,only if someone says to do it....you know what i mean? Thanx for the video Congrats
