TAIWAN Pineapple Cake SUCCESSFUL FOR THE FIRST TIME | TAIWANESE PINEAPPLE COOKIE | LUMY KITCHEN
INGREDIENTS:
1. FILLING:
- 2 big pineapples
- 80g malt syrup
- 50g sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1g cinnamon powder
2. DOUGH
- 150g unsalted butter
- 5g icing sugar
- One egg (50-55gr with shell)
- 30g almond powder
- 16g custard powder
- 260g cake flour
- 1-2g green tea powder
Because flour has different water absorption, and there are large eggs, small eggs, so when making, remember to adjust accordingly. If dry, add milk, wet add a little flour
