- Dough (こね粉):
+ 100g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
+ 20g Creamcheese
(クリームチーズ)
+ 45g Powdered sugar
(粉糖)
+ 1 Egg yolk
(卵黄)
+ 150g All purpose flour
(中力粉)
+ 20g Custard Powder
(カスタードパウダー)
+ Refrigerate for 40 minutes
(冷蔵庫で40分)
+ Bake at 175℃ for 15 minutes

When me and my family visited Taiwan, we bought so many pineapple cakes, at first I was skeptical because I never tried it before,but when I tasted the free sample, the thing crumbled in my mouth BUT in a good way. We also visited a workshop thingy where you can create your own pineapple cake but the dough and filling were prepped, some of mine turned out to be crumbly but, oh well 😂. I was obsessed and after the trip we brought home so many, I was sad because my parents decided to give them to our relatives ;'(

Finally I can make pinapple cake. It reminds me of my grandfather. When I was a little girl, he gave me this type of cake of Kinh Do to make me don't cry. Oohh my family makes these during Eid! They're the best kind of cookies with filling ლ(´ڡ`ლ) I've never thought of adding cream cheese into the batter though! Considering that cream cheese contains acid that can break down the proteins in the flour thus resulting in a softer shell, I think that's a great idea! Definitely trying it out! Thanks, Nino!

J LL if you don't put too much pinapple filling inside, it won't crack as easily! There were some cracks in the dough once I took them out of the oven but they still looked nice and the whole thing (the dough and the filling) remained in once piece easily :)) so yes, you can definitely do this without the mould! :)

Mình thích công thức vỏ bánh của a này nhất. Lần đầu tiên là thành công luôn. Sau nhiều lần thử test nhiều vỏ bánh nhưng vẫn ko qua được vỏ của a này. Đúng kiểu nó mềm thơm luôn

@@KelvinLe0912 bạn dùng khuôn 50g thì nhân 20 vỏ 40 là chuẩn. Nó sẽ ko dễ vỡ đâu. Nhưng nó sẽ mềm tan. Ăn rất ngon. Kban face với mình để thâyd được thành quả nè
